AnarchistsPrime is an abandoned cryptocurrency project that was originally announced on Bitcointalk.org by forum user ACP on March 24, 2015. It was marketed as a “peer to peer internet currency” with no transaction fees that would allegedly allow users to enjoy “absence of government and absolute freedom of the individual”.
ACP was designed to be a limited supply coin based on a GPU compatible Sha256d+Myr-groestl hybrid algorithm, with 32 ACP block rewards, and difficulty retargeting after every mined block. Although ACP was reportedly listed on C-CEX, YoBit, and other exchange platforms, it has since been delisted because of low trading volume. Mining pool operators commenting on the original ACP Bitcointalk thread have stopped mining support for the cryptocurrency following its delisting from the previously mentioned exchanges. The original Bitcointalk post only offers a Windows-compatible wallet.
The ACP project does not seem to have any activity on social networks. The project’s Twitter account has only been retwitting content from other sources this year, alongside one invitation to the project’s Discord channel on April 16.
The project’s github has only seen contributions from one person who hasn’t done anything to the ACP code since mid-2016. The AnarchistsPrime project does not count with a website, and the latest data shows that it has a market capitalization of under $5000.
