ANXPRO is run by ANX International, a financial technology company specializing in Blockchain technology registered in Hong Kong. The exchange was created in 2013 by a trio of professionals from the banking technology and compliance industries: Ken Lo, CEO; High Madden, CTO; and Dave Chapman, COO. Their headquarters staffs a team of 30 people. The platform was initially called ANXBTC.

Functionality:
Users can deposit and withdraw funds through banks, credit and debit cards, and SEPA. Trading fees are rather high, ranging from 1 to 2.5%. The Bitcoin Debit Card is one of only a handful available today. It is easy to get with no paperwork or application required and there are two options: Elite and Premium. ANXPRO lacks margin trading and short-selling but does offer OTC trading.
