My.Dogechain is a server side online wallet. It is developed with the Block.io software. Your keys are stored encrypted on their cloud. Only the users password can decrypt the wallet so, MyDogecoin.info has no access to your account but if you loose your password all funds are lost. It has a minimalist design and serves the basic functions of wallet with no bells and whistles.
MyDogechain has implemented the most basic functions for a wallet. It's really so simple even a child could use it. They also provide an option to import a paper wallet or export their encrypted code (exactly as it is stored on the cloud).
Company / organization behind the wallets
Dogechain was created by Glenn Marien in 2013. After one year was acquired by Block.io, a San Francisco based company. In 2015 Block.io joins the Cointelegraph Media Group, company established in 2014. The purpose of the move was to diversify their scope and outreach.

Dogechain is a very basic wallet. Their 2 factor authentication is done through Google authenticator only and is an optional service. You can download a encrypted copy of your private keys and store them on paper but you will still need your password to decrypt it so it's not really much of a back up. Also keeping your private keys on a cloud is not the highest standard of security.

Dogechain has limited functions because it's a Dogecoin crypto wallet. The user can easily create a wallet by simply providing an email address and setting up a password. It's designed for all consumers and all the files are encrypted. Transaction are made through Green Addresses (a double spend protection service) and allowed without waiting for confirmation.

My.Dogecoin is a basic wallet dedicated to Dogecoin and part of the Block.io network. There are a few drawbacks to consider. Hot server side storage is not the safest way to protect your coins.
